With offices in Eastport, Greenport, Montauk, Shinnecock and New York City, NY plus on Sanibel Island, Florida; Ocean Bay Management is positioned to manage properties in any location.
The organization is principled on offering unparalleled customer service to all of its customers: renters, individual property owners, and corporate property owners. We understand that the key to a successful resort operation also lies in the quality and cleanliness of the property. As a result, we hold ourselves to the highest standard and strive to maintain all properties as if they were our own. Finally, our success is directly attributable to our partnership with a renowned vacation rental software company that allows for efficiencies in renting, marketing, accounting, housekeeping, and administration.
The organization was formed by Rick Herrmann after 20 years of personal experience owning and/or marketing vacation rental properties through a related company still successfully operating today, SeaSkiSunVacations.com. Over the years, this organization's portfolio of properties owned and/or under management has grown from a single condominium on Sanibel Island, FL to approximately 250 single family homes and condominiums throughout North America. In addition, we have extensive experience in the east end Long Island and Southwest Florida vacation rental markets. About 200 of the 250 properties are located between these areas.
