The organization is principled on offering unparalleled customer service to all of its customers: guests, individual property owners, and corporate property owners. We understand that the key to a successful resort operation also lies in the quality and cleanliness of the property. Finally, our success is directly attributable to our partnership with a renowned software company that allows for efficiencies in reservations, marketing, accounting, service orders, housekeeping, and administration.
The organization was formed by Rick Herrmann after twenty years of personal experience owning, marketing, and managing vacation properties through a related company still successfully operating today. Over the years, this organization's portfolio of properties owned and/or under management has grown from a single condominium on Sanibel Island, FL to approximately 300 single family homes and condominiums throughout North America. In addition, we have extensive experience in the east end Long Island and Southwest Florida vacation rental markets. About eighty percent of the properties are located between these areas.
